Returns

  • We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@twirltopin.com or call (352) 241-7517 to request a return authorization.
  • Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exemptions

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return process.
